Registration is required for each speaker.
Presentation schedule will be announced on this website under programme. Authors will be listed alphabetically in this list. Your presentation cannot be longer than 15 minutes (including 3 minutes Q&A session), whereas keynote speakers may be allowed up to 30 minutes (including 5 minutes Q&A session) for their presentations. Please arrange your presentation within these time allowances.
Presentation formats can be either MS PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or Adobe PDF (.pdf). In order to display your presentation during conference, you need to make appropriate changes to your presentation to convert them into available formats. All conference computers will have Windows OS, so please test your presentation beforehand on a Windows computer if you prepared your presentation on a different OS.
Equipments in Meeting Halls
Presentations will be held at two meeting halls, each equipped with video projector, screen and a Windows computer. To avoid computer compatibility and loss of time, please be prepared beforehand on a Windows computer. Using your own computer for presentation will not be permitted.
All conference computers will have the following software: Windows 8.1 or later, Microsoft Office 2013 or later, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Quick Time. Please bring your presentation in a USB flash drive. Note that CD’s or DVD’s will not be accepted. In addition, if your presentation includes animations or videos, make sure that they are embedded in your presentations, otherwise you need to bring them in your USB drive as well. You need to upload your presentation to the computer the day before your presentation, but under some circumstances you may upload it during the break before your presentation. For further concerns about the presentations, please contact us by e-mails provided under contact tab.
At least one author of a poster is required to be registered.
Posters have to be A0 portrait (width of 84 cm and height of 119 cm). Please attach your poster number and session acronym to the upper left of your poster. You will find the session acronyms and your poster numbers on the conference program. A photo of author on poster is also recommended since it will make people recognize the author(s) during poster session and other times.
